Mcom is convinced that the protection of the individual privacy of the visitors/users of WheretoCard (www.wheretocard.nl or www.wheretocard.com) is essential to its activities. Personal information of visitors is handled with the greatest possible care. Mcom always complies with the requirements of the Personal Data Protection Act (Wet bescherming persoonsgegevens/Wbp). In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act, the processing of personal data is registered with the Supervisor, the Dutch Data Protection Authority (College bescherming persoonsgegevens/Cbp), under registration no. m1453152.

Processing of personal data
In the context of its services, Mcom records information when you purchase Mcom’s services and/or products or otherwise come into contact with Mcom. Mcom uses this information to be able to send you the e-tickets and any other products you purchased and to provide you, or have you provided, with additional information about the event / the site for which you purchased and/or booked e-tickets. In so doing Mcom tries to take preferences into account.
